(of the sun or another source of light) give out a bright light; shiny.
Gloss: [t]his-loc eyes[t] light ecl-light (towards eyes) eye-shine
English equivalent: The light shone in his eyes.
The subject and object are established, first with the object (use topic structure). Then, the subject (light) is next. Element classifier (ecl) is the light-emitting (towards the eyes) and the "shine" is inflected in location (from eyes).
You can omit the eye digit, just leaving the 'oo' mouth morpheme.
