Deaf Culture and tidbits
A salesperson didn't ask for the Deaf customer's name in writing. Instead, she wrote "Star" on the changeroom door. The customer thought it was sweet and it made her smile but at the same time, she thought it would be nice to take an effort to ask for her name.
The original poem The Star Arrow is great for beginners in learning sign language (ASL).
