Signs for RULE

Definition: A guide or principle for governing conduct or action.
Pronunciation (sign description): Dominant upright "R" hand (handshape) with palm facing left if right-handed (orientation) taps on the upper upright non-dominant right-facing palm and then taps on the lower part (movement and location).
Meaning: To exercise control, dominion, or direction over; govern.
Pronunciation (sign description): Two-handed "X" or "European-T" hands (handshape) with palms facing each other (orientation) apart in neutral space (location) alternately move forward and backward twice (movement).
