As a pioneer of this website handspeak.com (formerly Deaf World Web), the creator/owner Jolanta Lapiak designed an ILY patch and sold a limited edition of the embroidered 2.5" patch in a a few colors (teal/gold or teal/cream, red/gold or red/cream, and blue/gold or blue/cream) in 1997. She still has a few of them today.
