Did you know that? South Korean deaf drivers can ferry passengers around in the city, using the dual tablets and the "Goyohan Taxi" app developed by local computer engineer Song Min-pyo. The tablet is installed facing the back seat and the other next to the driver, which provides an easier communication between the deaf driver and the hearing passenger.
