September 22, 2018: The CAD (Canadian Association of the Deaf) hosts a nationwide rally at the Legislative buildings in most provincial capital cities across Canada for the official recognition of ASL, LSQ, and Indigenous Sign Language.

At the near end of the rally after other series of brief presentations, this poetry performance cheered up with a closing. Prior to this performance art, the audience was instructed to sign RECOGNIZE every time the performer signed the double word RECOGNIZE.
