Meaning: To make or become different; to give a different position, course, or direction to.

Pronunciation (sign description): Dominant "X" hand, palm interlocked with the palm of non-dominant "X" hand, both hands move in the opposite direction at the wrist where both palms meet again.

This signword is often modified in space to convey "a big change".

Variation. Less commonly used; use in specific contexts.

Variation (sign description): Same description as above except for the handshape which is "A" for both hands.
