"How can I sign up?"
In the Sign Up page, select subscription plan to order.
Enter your name and Handspeak username and password. Click on the button. You will be directed to the secure Paypal site to make payment.
In the Paypal page, log in if you have a PayPal account or complete the form if you have never paid through PayPal before. Please double check your email address.
If you need assistance with payment at Paypal, contact Paypal customer service at 1-888-221-1161.
3. After your order is complete and your payment is verified, click on the "continue" button on the last Paypal page and you will be redirected to the Handspeak page. An email of confirmation will be sent to your email address.
4. Click on the "LOG IN" link at Handspeak. Enter your Handspeak username and password in the gray popup window. The username and password are case-sensitive as well as space-sensitive.
Troubleshooting
Case: "The PayPal form appears the same page again without confirming my payment, how do I do?"
If you are experiencing difficulty in the process at PayPal, here are some helpful tips.
If a red error message is not seen and you are being returned to the same signup page with the blank password, please enable or adjust a level of cookies and/or privacy setting in your browser.
In the Microsoft Explorer, open the Tools under the menu, select the Internet Options, click on the Privacy tab and set the cookies enabled at the right level.
Or, in the Privacy tab, click the Edit... button and enter "paypal.com" and press "Allow" button. Click on the "Ok" buttons. If you are using a different browser, you can use this approximate equivalency of navigation.
"I have not received any confirmation email."
If you have successfully paid through the PayPal site but you have not received any email of confiramtion within few or several minutes. There can a few reasons. Your email address might be entered incorrectly. Or, your Handspeak account was not activated properly in the process. Contact HandSpeak immediately (or your account will be manually activated by the admin).
