Login Issues
The following tips might be helpful:
Your username and password are case-sensitive that you need to enter with the correct (lower/upper) case. Did you use any capital when you set up your username in your signup? Check to make sure your CapsLock key is off.
Copying and pasting the user/pass into the login window probably adds an extra character, which is the invisible space. Like case-sensitive, it is also space-sensitive. Enter the user/pass manually by hand. No space.
If you cannot log in right after you sign up and make payment, your account probably was not activated properly due to a technical glitch. Contact Handspeak for further assistance.
Forgot username and/or password?
Enter your email address in the Forgot? field at www.handspeak.com. Use the same email address you entered when you signed up.
Paypal is a payment processing service, apart from the HandSpeak site, that your Paypal account is not the same as your HandSpeak account (username and password).
How do I change my username, password, or email address?"
Click on the My Account (under Support) and enter your username and password to update your information. It does not log in Handspeak subscription area. If you have any trouble with it, please contact Handspeak for assistance with resetting your password.
Renewal or Subscription Order
If your one-time subscription is about to expire, select a subscription plan in the Sign Up page. Enter your existing username and password to renew your subscription. You will be redirected to the Paypal site to make payment.
If you renew before your subscription expires, the number of days will be added to your existing subscription.
Expired Account
If your account expires and you would like to renew, select a subscription plan in the Sign Up page. Enter your either previous or new username and password to continue your subscription. Pay via Paypal site.
If you renew your subscription with your existing username and password after your subscription expires, your account will not be automatically reactivated. The website operator will need to manually reactivate your account. Contact us if you need assistance.
Cancellation
A monthly subscription can be cancelled any time before the next date due for automated payment. Log in your Paypal account, search your transaction and click on the "cancel subscription" link. Or, contact the HandSpeak to request your cancellation along with your name, email address, and Handspeak username.
